What is Track and Trace and why are we doing it?
Contact tracing is the process of reducing virus transmission by identifying and alerting people who may have been exposed so that they can protect themselves and others around them.
If someone has tested positive for coronavirus, [OPERATOR NAME] will review the information about times and facilities they have used and people they may have been in contact with to get a picture of who might be at risk of infection.
[OPERATOR NAME] will then contact people who may be at risk and advice them of what to do if they become unwell or develop symptoms.
If you are reporting a positive test result yourself please follow government guidelines and self-isolate
